Activity Name: Designing Fruit-Picking Equipment
Today, our curious campers kicked off their adventure with the story “Lazy John and the Mango Tree” —a fun tale that sparked the question: “What would you do to pick fruits from a tree?”
With creativity in full bloom, our little engineers explored the fruit-bearing trees 🌳 around the school and got to work designing their very own fruit-picking tools using natural and recycled materials like mop sticks, small pipes, slide binders, water bottles, plastic measuring cups, and boxes.
Excitement filled the air as they tested their creations and harvested real fruits 🍋—what a sweet reward!
It was a fun and fruitful day filled with creativity, building, teamwork, and hands-on learning at our Kindergarten Summer Camp!
